8) Can we use your services if we don’t pre-plan with Allen & Shaw Cremations?

Yes, you do not have to pre-plan with any cremation service provider in order to use their services. If you are being told this, it is generally by a commissioned sales person who wants you to enter into a contract at the higher cost of pre-planning with them vs. the current cost if death has already occurred.
